As well as celebrating and dancing in the new year tomorrow, this time is also commonly used to set new year resolutions or goals for what we want to achieve in the coming year.

Health and fitness goals are usually the most popular resolutions set (especially after lots of indulging over Christmas) and also the most popular ones discarded after a few weeks or months have passed and normal routines kick back in.

The best way to stick to a resolution is to choose something that makes you happy and makes you feel good while you do it (dancing ticks all the boxes there!); get help where needed (Salsabor instructors can help you with all your dancing and fitness needs); and surround yourself with like-minded people (the Salsabor community is the best).

So if getting fit through dance is something you want to stick to this year then Salsabor has you covered!

We’ve put together a fun summer program to get you fit and fabulous in no time and to have you ready for our first semester when it begins on 2 February.

The program runs for two weeks from 12 January and also features our latest class, Barre Attack, which will tone and tuck in all the right places. Barre is also fantastic for building your strength and stamina for dancing.

If working out with another inspires you as well, you can definitely invite a friend along for accountability.

If you have any questions about the summer classes, send through an email to, otherwise book straight in.

See you on the dance floor on 12 January!
